This course was created to uplift and inspire people who are lacking in self-confidence, and fearful of making a change in their lives.
Session 1: Core Values
Through this session, you will be able to identify your core values, and you will understand and respect your own inner voice.
Session 2: I Matter
This is a session of personal reflection, to uplift and inspire you to always believe in yourself, and never, ever give up!
Session 3 -The Tombstone Exercise
In this session, you will literally write your own tombstone, but not wait a lifetime, as to how you would like to be remembered.
